Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Media Planner to join our fast-growing Strategy & Planning Team. This is a pivotal role, ideally suited for someone with 3-4+ years of experience in developing and delivering effective media plans across a range of above-the-line channels, including Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, Cinema, Audio, Print, and OOH. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure media activity is insight-led, well-coordinated, and aligned with campaign objectives.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven expertise in delivering innovative multi-channel media plans aligned with client objectives and informed by audience insights, media performance, over-arching campaign goals, and budget guidelines.

  • A track record of managing agency relationships and delivering against complex briefs and KPIs.

  • Strong grasp of AV planning tools (e.g. TechEdge, DDS) and attribution platforms (e.g. Adalyser, TV Squared).

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills - you’re confident presenting and collaborating with clients, agencies, and internal teams.

  • A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and ambitious environment.
