Who we’re looking for

Accord is an award-winning, independent marketing agency.  Innovative and creative in our approach, we devise, design and deliver campaigns that drive brand awareness and solve our clients’ toughest marketing challenges.

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking AV Planner to join our fast-growing Strategy & Planning Team. This is a pivotal role, ideally suited for someone with 3-4+ years of experience in AV media planning, buying, and client engagement, who is ready to take the lead in shaping and scaling a brand-new TV planning and buying capability.

As our AV Planner, you will work at the heart of multi-channel strategy, collaborating with clients, AV agency partners, and internal teams to craft intelligent, results-driven, and seamlessly integrated AV solutions. What we are looking for:

  • Proven expertise in AV planning, with hands-on experience across Linear TV, CTV, BVOD, and Cinema.

  • A track record of managing agency relationships and delivering against complex briefs and KPIs.

  • Strong grasp of AV planning tools (e.g. TechEdge, DDS) and attribution platforms (e.g. Adalyser, TV Squared).

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills - you’re confident presenting and collaborating with clients, agencies, and internal teams.

  • A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and ambitious environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
