Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Paid Digital Lead to join our large team of experienced digital specialists. Working across our fast-growing roster of clients, you are responsible for:

  • Planning, executing and optimising campaigns that achieve business objectives, overcome challenges, and seize market opportunities across multiple sectors and platforms.

  • Producing campaign and creative ideas that drive performance and deliver ROAS.

  • Testing and optimising channels, audiences, bidding strategies, creative and copy.

  • Maintaining effective relationships with key media (Google, Bing, and Meta).

  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Client Services, SEO and Data.

  • Challenging and interrogating briefs, accurately forecasting potential delivery and ROI for new and existing clients.

  • Staying on top of campaign and market trends, performing competitor analysis and developing campaign insights.

You need to be

  • Experienced in working across multiple client accounts - managing paid media strategies and budgets.

  • Curious and enjoys getting under the skin of paid digital, particularly PPC - embracing its fast-paced evolution.

  • A self-starter, adept at taking a hands-on approach, who relishes the responsibility for driving performance growth.

  • A good communicator, confident at presenting to both colleagues and clients at all levels.
