Creative Designer

Central London (hybrid working)
Around £40,000

Who we’re looking for

Reporting to the Creative Director, this is a hands-on role, which will see you work on an eclectic mix of projects, including brand development and creative campaigns, taking a lead from concept to design across multiple channels. You will have a strong understanding of design principles and an eagerness to listen, grow and learn.

With a proven track record and a strong portfolio to match, you are a conceptual thinker with a questioning mind, a sharp eye for detail and an appreciation for all things creative.  Plus, as part of the role, you will be required to take on client-facing responsibilities, attend meetings to take briefs, and confidently pitch and present ideas.

The environment is fast-moving, so you must be able to work on your own initiative and cope with competing demands, often under pressure and to tight deadlines.  You will also be experienced in all the Adobe Creative Suite packages.

What we offer

In return, we offer a friendly, collaborative working environment where ideas and talent thrive, where success is recognised and rewarded, and ongoing support is provided to help you develop your skills and career with us.

We operate a hybrid working format that gives everyone all the positive lifestyle aspects of home-working whilst maximising the benefits of being in an office and spending time with colleagues.

We also offer unlimited leave - meaning your holiday allowance is up to you, as long as you can get the job done.

Plus, we’re sociable in and out of work, whether that be our annual summer party, fundraising activities, or a pub quiz - there’s always something going on.

To discuss this exciting opportunity further, please contact Richard Anderson, Creative Director, via the two-step process below.  We are not using agencies to recruit for this role or any other positions at Accord Marketing.
